This guide walks you through managing your listing — from updating photos and pricing to inviting branch managers and offering free day passes.
Getting started
Log in. Visit fitseeka.com and sign in using the email your invitation was sent to. If you don't have a password yet, use the reset link from your welcome email.
Open My Business. Once logged in, you'll see a My Business link in the top navigation. This is your dashboard — every listing assigned to your email appears here.
Your dashboard. Each listing card shows the business name, category, and area. You'll see an Edit listing button and a Preview button to view your live page.
Editing your listing
Click Edit listing on any card to open the editor. Your listing is organised into sections based on your tier:
Business name, area, map location, gender, phone number, and listing photos. These are the essentials every listing needs.
Facilities, treatments or sports, Instagram handle, a description, and photos of your price list and opening hours.
Free day pass offers, special offers photo, WhatsApp number, timetable photo, and a promotional video.
Tip: Changes save directly to your live listing. Use the Preview button to see how it looks to visitors. Listing photos should be 1080×1350px for the best quality.
Managing branch managers
If you own multiple branches, you can invite branch managers to edit individual listings on your behalf — without sharing your login.
1. On any listing you own, click Invite manager under the "Branch managers" section.
2. Enter the manager's name and email, then send. The request goes to a Fitseeka admin for approval.
3. Once approved, the manager receives an invitation to create their login. They'll see only the listings assigned to them when they open My Business.
4. Managers get full edit access — they can update photos, pricing, and contact details just like the owner. You can revoke access at any time from the same panel.
Revoked managers immediately lose edit access. Only listing owners can invite and revoke managers — managers cannot invite others.
Free day passes
Gold-tier listings can offer free day passes — a powerful way to attract new members. When a visitor claims a pass:
• They receive a branded email with a unique pass code and a 14-day expiry.
• You receive an email notification with the member's name, email, and phone number.
• The claim appears in your dashboard stats under Passes claimed, with full contact details you can click to call or email.
To enable passes, make sure your listing is on the Gold tier and tick Offer free day pass in the editor.
Understanding your stats
Your dashboard shows three key metrics for every listing:
How many times your listing page was viewed.
Phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram link clicks.
Free day passes claimed at your venue.
Tips for a great listing
✓ Use bright, high-quality photos — 1080×1350px works best.
✓ Keep your phone and WhatsApp numbers up to date so members can reach you.
✓ Add a clear description of what makes your business special.
✓ Upload a photo of your price list so visitors know what to expect.
✓ Link your Instagram so people can see your latest content.
✓ Upgrade to Gold to unlock free day passes and promotional video.
